Kids Studio: Sew Your Own Stuffie (Ages 9-12) 1W27

In this course, young fiber artists will learn how to create their own unique stuffies from start to finish!
Students will begin their design process by considering what makes them feel calm, safe, and supported. Over the course of this class, they will learn how to turn their sketched designs into 3D stuffed animals that can always be there to hug and hold. Students will be given a range of materials to select from, including fabric for the body and polymer clay for eyes and other features. They will then use handsewing skills to construct their stuffed creatures.
All levels welcome; no previous sewing experience necessary.
